Self-hosted or managed

Self-hosted: you operate the server, backups, updates and provider accounts. Managed hosting is planned: we would operate the runtime, monitoring, backups and updates for a separate recurring fee. Support, recovery commitments and prices are not yet published.

The Shopify connection

Shopify remains the commerce system, storefront and checkout. You create or take ownership of the intended store and authorize the connector. A Shopruno brand does not create a separate Shopify Admin.

The planned public connector uses a Shopruno-operated connection service for installation and event delivery. Self-hosted installations using it retain a service dependency; fully independent merchant-owned app setup is a separate path. Shared app secrets are never distributed with the software.

Choose supported infrastructure

Current evidence is limited to the documented Linux lab package and protected development preview. Consult the exact release for tested resources, model adapters and recovery evidence before purchasing infrastructure. Customer installation verification remains pending.

This checklist describes self-hosted runtime inputs. Hosted onboarding uses a separately funded provider account; the planned central Shopify connector holds its own installation credentials. Agents do not receive raw secrets.
