Every output has a receipt.

Sixteen example stores, and the one thing the team did for each: what it read, what it proposed, what you decided, and what happened next. Pick any of them to read the trail end to end.

The intended journey

Follow one idea through its first task.

Steps one to three work today with manual planning. Hosted AI guidance, team provisioning and Shopify connection are in development. Confirmation saves a decision; it does not publish a store.

  1. Saved planning

    Explore

Bring an idea or describe an existing store. When paid guidance is offered, a guide can propose directions with tradeoffs instead.

  2. Saved planning

    Refine

Adjust audience, offer, voice and constraints. Assumptions and unanswered questions stay visible rather than being papered over.

  3. Saved planning

    Confirm

Save an exact blueprint revision. It stays readable, editable and exportable whether or not you ever buy credits.

  4. In development

    Prepare

In a ready destination, the coordinator turns the blueprint into bounded tasks and supported skills for your team.

  5. In development

    Connect and operate

Authorize Shopify, review proposals and follow verified outcomes. Ownership, billing and launch remain explicit steps you take.

Nookwell · illustrative journey

The idea and refinement

A founder wants to organize small homes. Focused questions narrow the brief to apartment renters, a practical voice and a three-product test.

The approved blueprint

The founder confirms that direction. Name availability, demand and supplier costs remain unverified; the brief records those gaps.

The first preparation task

The proposed Catalog specialist prepares selection criteria for review. An existing-store owner could instead begin with a catalog assessment. Neither path publishes products automatically.

A drafted scenario, not an actual customer result or a live AI conversation.

Sixteen stores, sixteen colours

Pick a store. Watch it move. Read what happened.

Each tile is one store, with a person using the product. Hover to play, tap for the receipt behind it.

The ledger

The same sixteen, as the workspace keeps them.

One row per output, in the table the merchant workspace uses: who did it, for which store, what it read, and how far it got. Pick a row and its receipt opens beside it.

Example stores, drafted for these pages. Real store evidence replaces them as the test store ships; the Agents page says which of this runs in today's preview.

Your store's first receipt is one sentence away.
